Non – refundable charge
A non – refundable deposit of USD 10 per person is payable at the time of confirmation of the booking or the full holiday price if booked 15 days or less before departure. In case where the holiday is on a request basis, the deposit or full payment will be refunded in full if SriLankan Holidays is unable to confirm the booking.

Cancellation charge
